Ok! This is pissing me off! I’m usually a calm person, but when it’s too much, it’s too much!

I HATE IT when people don’t READ the RULES!

I HATE IT when you don’t LEAVE FEEDBACK! One simple “thank you” won’t break your hand!

I HATE IT when I read IMMATURE demands: cute but dark! WTF?! It’s confusing!! I don’t know if your story has a lot of genres, but you need to stick with one – the most important - for your poster, otherwise it will be confusing!

I HATE IT when you tell me how to make it! I’m not the designer for nothing, ok? And I don’t talk about what you would like your poster to look like, but when you tell me how to put the pictures in page, what I don’t know things to do…then why are you even requesting a poster? Isn’t it better to make it yourself then ask from someone else?

I HATE IT when you give me LOW QUALITY PICTURES! And this includes the fact that I can’t work with such pictures, mostly for what you demand! SO, please, if you don’t have good quality pictures, let us handle this! I’m sure we have many ways to find them…

I HATE IT when you don’t pick up your poster on time! Like it or not, we spent time to do it, so at least show that respect and pick up your poster, use it for the time you’re supposed to use it and appreciate the effort!

I HATE IT when I said that you need to leave a comment in the “staff chat-box” and you won’t leave! It’s not for my own pleasure to see your comment there! I don’t need that! Those days, emails don’t work as well as we would want and if by any chance, I/you don’t receive your/my email, and then we’ll curse each other on and on! [Not curse, but it will be frustrating]

I HATE IT when you don’t write the site’s name correctly! =.= I saw this at more than 3 people…which is WTF?! I understand…once it was a mistake and from hurrying, you got it wrong, but second and third time?! It’s SUGAR STARS! Not Sweet Sugar… because I think I saw this name on most of you!

I HATE IT when you apply to be a staff and then don’t do your work! Why have you applied, if you disappear/go hiatus/resign when I need something from you?? I understand… no one is getting paid, but neither I get paid to stress myself, asking what to do from now on!

Enough is enough and I believe there is some stress behind all this, but I don’t have why to try to make some people understand, when they don’t want to!

For requesters: guys, if you request, READ THE RULES! I assure you it won’t take you more than 1-2 minutes!

DARN IT!

As for my coworkers: if you don’t do the things right, I will need to close the site. It’s simple as that! I know some don’t even care, but I do. It’s better to be alone than try to push others from behind!
